Development
At client’s requests and specifications, RINALDI, INC., proceeds with establishing preliminary drawings, construction budgets for clients review and approval. Changes to plan design and/or cost budgets, are executed to clients satisfaction and final approval. Upon final approval RINALDI, INC., architectural staff and engineering staff complete final drawings for construction permitting and construction building. All plans are completed to be in conformity to all state building codes and local building inspector approvals.

ABOUT
RINALDI, INC. is a fully licensed general contractor having all State Building Certification, Bonding and Insurance. We are a private general contracting firm operating in Eastern Massachusetts, is owned and operated by Orazio Rinaldi, PE, a graduate civil engineer of McGill University. Mr. Rinaldi, PE has been involved in the construction industry since 1983. Within the years, many projects and designs have been executed and completed in the residential, commercial, industrial, institutional and governmental sectors of the construction industry. All project endeavors were managed and executed with the emphasis on construction quality control, effective and punctual construction scheduling and customer satisfaction.
